Enter your hospital's details once. Only this clinic setup is saved, and only on this computer. Patient information is never saved. Anything left blank is simply left off the document.

Patient & visit

This information exists only while this page is open. It is wiped when you start a new patient, after printing (you'll be asked), after 15 minutes without activity, or when you close the tab.

Procedure-specific instructions

Tick every block that applies. Each adds its own home-care instructions and warning signs.

Dog and cat wording is chosen automatically from the species.

Click each tooth that was removed (click again to undo). Numbers follow the modified Triadan system. Teeth are shown from the side (crown and roots), as if you are facing the pet: the pet's right mouth is on your left.

Before & after photos (optional, never saved)

AAHA 2019 / AVDC: most dental procedures are clean-contaminated, so antibiotics are usually not needed after extractions. Decide case by case (e.g. radiographic signs of bone infection, immunocompromise, cardiac or other significant systemic disease); for dental infection AAHA advises a full 7–14 day course. Ticking Dental on its own switches off incision care and sets activity to normal routine; change them if needed.
